Yes, absolutely. Repairix is a web-based application, which means it is fully responsive and works seamlessly on any device with an internet browser, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.

How do I upgrade my plan?
To upgrade your plan, please contact our support team via email at support@softmaji.in or call us. We will assist you with the upgrade process and prorate any existing balance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), and major credit/debit cards through a secure payment gateway.
Is there a free trial available?

Troubleshooting
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address, and a password reset link will be sent to you.
The QR code is not scanning properly. What should I do?
Ensure that the printed job card is not creased or damaged. Try scanning in a well-lit area. If the problem persists, you can manually provide the customer with the direct URL for their status page, which can be found within the job details in your Repairix dashboard.
